Shipping policy

All purchases will ship 2-7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated. 
Pre-order purchases can take up to 2-4 weeks of processing before shipping.

We are not responsible for items/packages that are stolen or items that are damaged or lost in transit. Be sure to provide a secure shipping address at checkout.

If you experience issues with shipping, please file a claim with USPS. ALL packages are sent with tracked shipping - we do not have additional information on tracking, please contact USPS with questions. 

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for paying the additional shipping to re-send.
